Reto Albertalli photographer is the owner of this website and its graphic design and logos. Reto Albertalli assigns the rights to use photographs or any material in his possession only for a period or a limited and specific use defined by a contract between the photographer and the client. Reto Albertalli remains the owner of photographs and all material on this site. Copyrights, rights of reproduction and all intellectual rights are reserved. The download in low resolution or screenshot can be used free of charge only for models for an internal presentation to a business or for private use. Purchase and download a photo shall afford entitlement to a single publication. Once images downloaded, Reto Albertalli and the user get in contact to discuss payment terms. The user undertakes to destroy the image after use. The user agrees to send proof of publication to Reto Albertalli (paper or digital). Unless otherwise agreed with Reto Albertalli, any use of the site content must be accompanied by copyright information and photo credits (©Reto Albertalli) in connection with it mentioned on the site and in the IPTC pictures uploaded files. Otherwise, or if incorrect, a compensation equal to 100% of the purchase price, could be charged. The user agrees not to modify, alter or degrade the uploaded image and ensures a correct and respectful use of the image and the respect of the people photographed. The user undertakes not to denature the text or captions present on the site or accompanying images. Reto Albertalli can not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of its site or its contents. The user is responsible for any bad reaction or action against him or Reto Albertalli resulting from the publication or use would be in violation of these provisions and / or in contravention of all applicable laws in any country.
